It’s up to you!
Of course, you can carry your lunch with you and enjoy it peacefully on one of the many picnic tables scattered throughout the Village site.
If you have a cooler, you can leave it in your car and pick it up at lunchtime. To make your experience more enjoyable, we recommend that you bring a tablecloth.
Feel like forgetting your apron for one day? Don’t hesitate to turn to our snack-bar. Our menu combines a variety of popular snacks and traditional healthy options. The selection includes panini sandwiches, children’s veggie pizza, Christmas ‘poutine’ and several other original dishes.

As it is often a few degrees cooler in Val-David that in regions of Quebec located more to the south, we recommend that you bring a jacket or sweater that you can put on or remove as needed.
You can book your tickets on the date of your choice with absolute confidence, since you can reschedule (change of plans, etc.) at no charge.
A 5% administration fee will be retained only if you cancel completely (95% will be refunded).
If the Village is closed due to rain, you will be invited to choose another date at no charge, and no administrative fees will be retained if you cancel completely.
Please note that a day at the Village can be just as successful on a sunny day or when it’s cloudy. In the event of a downpour, visitors can find cover under the shelters provided to this end, giving you time to rest a little before you get back to the fun once the rain is over.
If the weather forecast predicts uninterrupted rain, the Village will close its doors for the day, a situation which only occurs once or twice a season.
If in doubt, we recommend that you visit the Village’s website before you leave. Keep in mind that even the most beautiful sunny day needs a little rain to make a rainbow.
Good news: the activities are all available! Santa Claus, elves, modules, water slides… WE ARE WAITING FOR YOU! Look at the icons next to each activity to see if it’s Open or Closed!
No, we are sorry.
This year it is not necessary to make reservations as we don’t have to make sure that the number of people on the Village site at the same time does not exceed a certain limit.
You can still reserve now to ensure a place, or on the day itself, as you prefer.
To proceed, simply go to the « Ticket » page. We look forward to having fun with you and your little ones!
We recommend that you reserve now to ensure a place for the day of your choice. This year, we have to make sure that the number of people on the VIllage site at the same time does not exceed a certain limit.
Once in the Ticket Office, it will be very easy for you to see on which days there are still capacity left. Indeed, once you have entered your number of tickets, a calendar will appear and allow you to see the days (in green) on which there is at least the number of tickets you have entered. All you have to do is choose the day that suits you best.
This year there can be no packages and group prices.
Go to the « Buy » page to book your tickets. We look forward to having fun with you and your little ones!
Of course they are welcome!
Although the Village is aimed mainly at toddlers aged 2 to 8, some teens find it very suitable for them. These are, for example, those who enjoy having fun with their little brother or sister. They can indeed accompany them throughout the day. They will have as much fun as them in the zip line, the climbing wall, etc. These activities have no age!
So take your teenagers with you, they will come back delighted!
The « Access 2 Card » is a program that promotes an active lifestyle for people with disabilities who need a support person to fully participate in activities.
The Village is a proud participant in this program, and therefore allows support persons authorized by a personalized “Access 2 Card” to access the Village site free of charge. Please note that the person with a disability pays the regular admission fee.
Support persons do not have to be registered in advance, you do not have to purchase tickets for them, nor do you even have to specify the number of persons at the time of purchase in the Virtual Ticket Office. All they must do is identify themselves by presenting their “Access 2 Card” at the Reception Desk.
Yes, we rent strollers for the little ones. Just ask your Elf when you arrive.
Please note that they are disinfected before and after each use.
We are sure you understand that because we have several farm animals already on site, it would be impossible to admit your pet. Of course, we hope that you will find a solution for the care of your small animal.
Regulations do not allow you to bring alcoholic beverages onto the Village site. However, you will be able to get a nice cold “Christmas Beer” at the snack bar and enjoy it while your children are having fun under the constant supervision of the Elves.
